We are back! I hope everyone had a wonderful summer. There are lots of things going on in the library. This post should fill you in on all things LLC but as always if you have questions feel free to message Ms. Barnes on Teams or pop in to see her.
First up! New books! We have lots! Likely you will be coming in with your classes in the next couple of weeks but if not you are more than welcome to come in and browse in the mornings or at lunch. Don’t forget that you can also put books on hold and I will get them ready for you and let you know via a Teams message when they are ready to be picked up. Unsure of how? Watch this video. Library Hours:
While there won’t be library volunteers this year there is an opportunity to earn hours, check out the tab in the dropdown menu to learn more.
The Surrey Teens Read books are FABULOUS this year, as per usual. But if you are wanting to be even more engaged with the books and want to hang out with some other amazing book nerds join our brand new BOOK CLUB! We will be reading one of the STR books each month and meeting to talk about them. There might be snacks and games, we can make this whatever you would like so come check it out. More information in the dropdown menu and as always on our Instagram account.
