The MPS – Media Production Studio – is a creative collaboration betwen the IT department and the Learning Commons. A Studio space has been created for photography and videography, with a focus on the ability to switch between the two roles in less than 10 minutes. Too often students and teachers are limited by the extensive set-up and take-down times required for creating digital media. With permanent lighting and interchangable back-drops, as well as a variety of media equipment at close hand, students and teachers can focus more on the creative experience.
